Full range of spray sealing services
A full range of spray sealing services are available from SRS Roads. From the "Full Service" option (which includes Binder supply, cart, heat and spray, Aggregate supply, spread, rolling and sweep, Traffic control and Reinstatement of line markings) through to "Binder supply, cart, heat and spray" or simply "Binder spraying only" are various levels of service options offered.
The application of Primes and Primer Seals using AMC00 to AMC07 binders, the SAMIprime range of products developed by SAMI Bitumen Technologies, through to General Sealing using standard grade bitumen or polymer modified binders.
Technically Advanced Fleet
SRS Roads has a modern, technically advanced fleet of bitumen sprayers - building on a vast store of know-how in the company, enhanced equipment designs have been specifically developed by SRS Roads. This has resulted in sprayers being constructed which enable operators to work within close tolerances and high efficiencies, while at the same time, providing substantial environmental benefits.
In addition to the core sprayer fleet, SRS Roads has a comprehensive inventory of equipment including innovative combination multi-tyre and rubber coated steel drum vibrating rollers, stone spreaders incorporating a unique aggregate pre-coating system and other ancillary equipment.
Expertise
At the heart of SRS Roads spray sealing operations are teams of highly experienced and skilled design engineers, supervisors, operators and support crew, who, in utilising leading edge equipment, deliver consistent high quality work.
A siginificant proportion of SRS Roads work is actually carried out on behalf of other major pavement contractors who utilise SRS Roads specialised expertise and resources.
